The Bootcamp was founded to make high level training affordable, help people learn how to train properly and ultimately help them achieve their goals and feel good about themselves. 


The Learn To Lift Bootcamp is a fun and welcoming community of people bonded by their desire to learn new exercises, lose fat, build muscle, achieve their health and fitness goals and build their self-confidence.


The bootcamps are held in AGFitness South in the Southside of Glasgow.
