We place great importance in getting to know you, understanding what makes you tick and what the key drivers are behind your goals. We use this information to fully customise all aspects of the process from the training and nutrition programs all the way to how we will approach the training sessions themselves in the gym.
We love it when people hit new personal bests they have worked so hard to achieve on various exercises. We love it when they hit their fat loss goals and can fit into clothes they couldn't before. We love our jobs and the positive impact we can have on people's lives and that is perhaps the most important thing that is included within the personal training package!
The personal training sessions take place at AGFitness in the Southside of Glasgow. The gym is very well equipped and is filled with a friendly bunch of people, many of whom participate in personal training or bootcamps with the Learn To Lift Team.
